The penny took on several different forms before it became the copper-colored coin we all now know. This set includes one experimental 1943 Lincoln cent and three experimental 1943 copper blanks. They were part of the metallurgical testing done by the Philadelphia Mint for an alternative to the pre-1943 bronze cent. So for 100 stacks, you can get all of four pennies. Sounds like a bargain to us.
